Our company, as an independent designer and manufacturer of equipment for internal logistics of production plants, also offers cooperative services – welding of products and components as well as comprehensive production outsourcing. The experience and the possessed machine park allow us to successfully carry out both small and large-scale production, we specialize in the production of details and welded structures. QUALITY AND REPEATABILITY

The process of cooperation – welding products in our company is treated as one of the key elements and is under the constant strict control of the quality control department employees. In separate processes, the correctness of execution in accordance with the documentation, correctness of the welding joints, and the final acceptance of the product is checked. All manually welded products are manufactured on Siegmung Demmeler modular tables, automatic welding is performed on welding robots. WAMECH also has implemented quality management systems: ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 3834: 2.

We specialize in steel constructions and products, our advantage is the welding department - our crew consists of several dozen experienced welders, equipped with professional welding equipment, welding sources from reputable companies, and modular tables. We also use welding robots to make large series and carry out repetitive orders. Perfect precision and speed of welding ensure low production costs and short lead times, with relatively low start-up costs thanks to the independent design and programming of welding templates. As part of our machine park, we also have the equipment necessary for the preparation and processing of steel - bending machines, saws, milling machines, and CNC lathes, as well as a water cutting machine.
